Refund Policy

At Veetla, we take pride in delivering authentic, freshly made snacks with love and care. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order due to a genuine issue, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered.

However, if you have received:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item

  • An expired product (which is rare, but we take seriously)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at contact.veetla@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (if applicable). We'll investigate and work toward a fair resolution.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

  • You received an item you didn’t order.

  • The product is out of stock, and you’ve been charged for it.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed, as we start processing them immediately to ensure freshness.
